Capital Holdings, LLC ("The IDEAL Cos.") will be known as a
fully-integrated real estate investment and development company within
its target markets. It has established a track record over the past
five years and is on course to continue well into the future. By
balancing its affiliate companies, as well as activities between
acquisitions and development across markets, the The IDEAL Cos. will
provide stability, growth and opportunity throughout all real estate
cycles.

and its affiliates have a mission to be a competitive leader within
the real estate investment and development industry. It is our goal to
acquire and develop real estate investments of
multi-family and medical office properties within select target
markets. In addition, we are focused on providing integrated real
estate and financial services to clients; associates, individuals,
investors, and developers. Through our single-source approach on each transaction, we will achieve the ultimate goal of client satisfaction through each IDEAL division.
